You can delete your MIGMO account and all your data at any time.
In the app
Open MIGMO → Profile → Delete account, then confirm with Face ID, fingerprint or your passcode.
If you want a copy of your data first, use Profile → Export my data before you delete.
If you can't use the app
Email info@migmo.eu from the address you use for MIGMO, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by replying to that address and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
Everything: your account, email address, all records (migraines, medicines, My day, period data and imported Health data), consents and devices.
- It is removed from our server at once.
- It disappears from encrypted backups within 30 days.
- Your other signed-in devices delete MIGMO's data the next time they connect.
Reports and exports you shared or saved outside MIGMO are outside our control, so we cannot delete them.
